Beim Schließen von Outlook bleibt outlook.exe Prozess offen- Laptop Client

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe MS CRM Laptop Client für Outlook 2003 installiert.
Seit dem bleibt beim Schließen von Outlook der Prozess offen.

Das Outlook kann erst dann wieder gestartet werden, wenn der Prozesse abgeschossen wird.

Kann mir jemand Helfen?

Vielleicht hilft ja der folgende Artikel:

With E-mail Auto Promotion Enabled, Outlook may not close cleanly/properly.
This fix addresses a memory allocation issue that can occur somewhat unpredictably. If your users are using e-mail auto promotion, I encourage you to deploy this hotfix.
